Abstract

Anyone who is insulted, threatened or assaulted at work is a victim of violence. This particular form of violence can come from colleagues and superiors as well as from third parties such as guests, clients or customers. In this course you will learn how to recognise different forms of violence and their victims, how to intervene in a de-escalating and mediating way and how to provide the victim with the help he or she needs in the respective situation. In this way you will protect your employees as well as the reputation and the working atmosphere of your company.
